The dress is nothing like the picture, different color, the back laces were thin (unlike the picture where it shows a stunning bow), it looks cheap. The return process is also a nightmare.. they lie. In the website it says they will refund 100% if there’s quality issues, but when i contact them it was a back and forth waste of time and emails saying they will give you store credit, or 50% back etc.. so basically dont even read the return policy because they won’t respect it, they said you could keep the product if faulty.. also a lie, after too many emails they made me PAY for the return and no guarantee of my money back.. completely disappointed. Please do yourself a favor and don’t trust this company.

Very poor quality clothing. I did not even receive the earrings that were supposed to be a gift. The clothing took a long time to ship and came out very poorly made.

I wish there was room for Zero star.. They sent a different design from what was ordered. Instead of them to send return label and process my refund, they are insisting i keep the clothes i can't use and they will refund 50%.. That is fraudulent.. I need my full refunds. They are FRAUDULENT, SCAMMERS..

We ordered a dress from this website. It had arrived looking almost nothing like the picture. The quality was cheap and it wasn't proportionate. When we requested a return, AS IT IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE A FULL RETURN, they gave us two options: 100% of the price in store credit or 40% of the price returned. As we wanted a full return, we have sent them another email, but they never replied. Do not buy from here!

The dress arrived with a defect and was also much bigger than expected. It did not fit a size small at all and was completely unsuitable. I did not like it at all and will not be wearing it. This was a disappointing experience, and it will be my last time ordering from this website.

This is a scam. They sent the product and the measurements, material, structure and length did not match the image or measurements in the size guide. They also purposely do not have a return address on their address and even though they say they take returns they then question it and ask for photos, only offer a 40% partial refund or a voucher (would never want to buy from here again though) and still won’t send the address for return. They also aren’t even having a proper conversation they just write it all using chat gpt. It shouldn’t even be a legal running business, it’s all a scam.

I have ordered two dresses One was exactly as on the photo but size was very small on me But second dress … which I planed to wear on new year celebrations…. This online shop not selling dresses which is on the photos ( for me experience was 50/50 ) One same on photo ( but size … One no , exactly another textile , not silky as on photo They ruined my New Year celebration Very long delivery Very bad quality And high price for that kind of service ( it is my opinion) No return I don’t like it at all
