Your return policy is very disappointing. You have offered two options: either I keep the item and purchase another item of the same value, or I keep the item and receive only a 25% refund. Neither option is acceptable to me. The quality of the product is not satisfactory, and the size does not fit me at all. Therefore, I do not want to purchase another item from your store, and I do not wish to keep the product. I simply want to return the item and receive a full refund. Please reconsider your decision and provide a proper return and refund option in this case.

The dress arrived completely different from how it looked in the photos. The material was very uncomfortable and, on top of that, it was see-through. I wanted to return it, but returns were not available, so I ended up wasting my money. Very disappointed.

Poor quality dress. It looked like it wasn't finished sewing, delivery took a long time, even though the website stated the time, and until I inquired about the dress being shipped, nothing progressed. When I asked for the address to send it back, they didn't want to give me anything, they offer all kinds of vouchers with a discount, even though I asked 3 times where to send it. Very bad service overall, and I'm disappointed because everything looks beautiful on the website.
