Absolutely Awesome customer service. There was small issue with shipping but after reaching out to Lunar Pods they were prompt with fixing the issue and sent a bonus for the time that was a little late. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my VFire battery and appreciate my bonus. I will get a lot of use. Excellent for Christmas gifts. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I placed an order and it was never received by the shipping company. I wrote a poor review here and sent it to them. They responded quickly. Two days later and I now have my order! Thank you Lunarpods.com for your outstanding customer service.
