Literal scam company
Literal scam company. Does not respond to technical or customer support. Does not honor (even respond to) the 30-day money back guarantee. Also their app doesn't work on Android and has endless bugs via iOS.

Buyer beware, no way to reach support
I ordered the lumos sleep mask and had requested a refund right after ordering and it’s now been 4 days with no response (to 3 emails I have sent to support) from lumos tech and no refund. Their website or company listing has no phone number to call for support. Due to this I opened a fraud dispute with my bank for them to handle for me. Buyer beware, this company I believe is a scam

Customer service was basically…
Customer service was basically non-responsive after returning the mask and took me over 3 months to get a refund after having to go through my credit card company.
