I received a confirmation email, then a few days later they said shipping would be delayed due to high demand. I did receive the underwear after about a month. I will say, they don’t really work. My mom is 93 and I regularly find a trail of pee all the way to the bathroom. They did a better job of holding a BM than urine. I would not recommend

I would have given 5 stars had I received the product I ordered and paid for. The 3 stars represent a 1 star for non delivery and a 5 star for superb customer service. Responses to my queries were always responded to within hours. In the end they also fully refunded me.

#1- " IMPORTANT " - I " DID " RECIEVE A CREDIT ! (Full Amount).- I Did not believe the product I ordered was the one shown in website . I didn't have extra $ to waste . I emailed the company , I did get a response within two days offering me other possibilities. I declined, asking for refund . They responded again within a few days saying they would process , but be patient . HONESTLY , I thought my $$ was gone after reading reviews . I wrote again yesterday and they responded today with email saying the refund was processed over a week ago , and I should check my bank account. !! YES !! The did refund me the total amount paid $58. So - I wanted people to know my experience, this is important to me . I thought they treated me fairly and honestly, other than the website product description and delay on shipping , this concerned me ! Again - They did refund my money always stayed in communication with me.

I guess it's working. I have been using it since December and the hair seems to be slightly slower at growing back, But I do believe I overpaid for this particular product. Next time I will pay more attention and do more research.

showed up not working and is extremely janky plastic. I had purchased a second bulb and 2 of the clips for the surround broke when when I removed it to test if it was a bulb or ballast issue. The second bulb wasn't working either. Just messaged to get my money back and I will update as it progresses. I thought they had got good reviews which is why i went with them over cheaper competitors. but that is clearly not the case on trustpilot. Update: sent them a video of product not working and they have now issued a refund. Disappointing that it didnt work but they handled it well.

it turns on and works. it does clean the air. or rather makes the air smell strange. they claim it kills bed bugs but i highly doubt it. however it does help with allergies. it looks cheap and when you turn it on it looks like a cheap light. one good thing i will say is they were running late in shipment and i wrote back saying i needed it ASAP a few days later it arrived. Thanks.
