Please be assured that you do not have any active subscriptions on the account associated to this email address and have not been charged anything following your first order placed on the website. As our Client Care team are based in the UK, we cover our phoneline from 9am-5pm GMT. Following your voicemail and email on 25th August, our team responded via email as requested on 26th August, and sent a further follow up email on 27th August.
