It took weeks to arrive and I never…
It took weeks to arrive and I never planned it would take that long to receive. I'm only on our 15th day of daily issuing to my dog. I feel that I need more time to discuss results from medication. I'm very hopeful that this will work. Turkey tail with probiotics.

Product good, customer service not good
The product seems to be helping our boy. Communication with the company is a genuine pain. Twice I've had to inquire about deliveries. This last time its taken almost a month to ship, I emailed regarding the order and I was told it was on its way, yet when I tracked the order it says it been shipped back to the company. I emailed and asked and haven't received any reply. Have no problem with charging the credit card though. If I ever actually receive this order, it will likely be the last time I order the product. Will have to look for another product.

Not sure about the product at this…
Not sure about the product at this point. I've only been using it on my dogs for a week now so will have to wait and see if and when the effects start to appear. I am cautiously optimistic at this point.

Shipping Feedback Only
Hope you are doing well. I ordered the product (which is great) but I paid an extra $10 for faster shipping and it took 12 days from when the order was placed to when I received the product. I did reach out to customer service and they were very nice, but said it was "in transit", but I know (because I used to work in the 'transit' business) that just because a "shipping label is made", doesn't mean it is shipped. My feedback is to improve on the expedited shipping process. Other than that, I am very happy with the product and overall customer service. Thank you all.

Lumiqour Turkey Tail probioy
So I ordered the product 4/28 a subscription was confirmed for delivery 4/29 which I promptly delayed and the payment method will not support further payments as it needs to be funded on advance (prepaid card) however my order arrived on 5/6 so it was only a week, I received what seems like a 6 month supply and I will evaluate it after I try it, most reviews say it is a good product.

Quantity
The amount of product is too little. Can you make larger amounts for larger dogs? I have two 90 pound labradors and go through the container too quickly which makes it quite expensive.
