Very Disappointing!
Have tried for 2 months, zero change in lumps on my dogs. Makes me wonder if all the other reviews about it working are fake, or owners changed something else in their dogs food/lifestyle. I’m starting to believe this is a scam company as all the responses are AI, my second order was “returned to sender” with customer support not fixing it after multiple emails. It was only after I filed a complaint to the FTC and my credit card company that I was then issued a refund for this package. Their FB messenger replies are all AI too, and just sends you in circles with no resolution. I wouldn’t do business with them again. Edit: Dear Olivia, as you suggested, I emailed support@lumiqour ….. seems like your customer service department doesn’t exist as no one responds. Shame on you guys.
