Scam, stay away from these crooks!

My Boston Terrier tore up the bear in about 30 minutes. The duck was torn up immediately. I emailed 3 times the customer service link......no reply......this is a scam to say they will replace it. I have yet to hear back at all.

Minus 10 stars Absolutely misleading and false advertising!It actually took my dog longer to get into the wrapping paper which covered this so called indestructible bear than when he finally got at the toy!!! The toy lasted a whole 2 minutes before a rip appeared under the arm and within 10 minutes another rip appeared in the toys neck! THE AFTER SALES SERVICE DOESN'T EXSIST AND TO THIS DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

You claim that this toy is indestructible I have a miniature golden Labradoodle weighs 8 pounds he destroyed this in 10 minutes foam everywhere I tried to reach out to the company for support with the email address they provided a little card inside it’s undeliverable I even tried to send pictures to them!!🤬🤬 totally bullshit company!!!

This thing is a piece of crap. My dog had ripped it apart in 5 minutes, and completely destroyed it in 30. This company talks a big talk about standing behind their product, but has failed to respond to multiple emails. Avoid at all costs

actually NO stars. Like everyone else, I agree this toy is far from indestuctable. My dog destroyed the first one in 10 minutes. I complained.They said they were a new company and if I could wait a few weeks they'd send a replacement made of tougher materials. I wanted to give them a chance, so I agreed. The new toy came, and although it lasted a bit longer, he destroyed it in a matter of days. I'm only writing this review now because they've completely ignored my emails. Avoid this company.

Complete garbage. Their indestructible toy lasted less than 30 minutes. Apparently exposed stuffing is not dangerous to my pet. Their guarantee is a joke.

If I had the option to give them a ZERO - I would have!! I purchased one on their Indestruct-a-BULL $h*+ bears on February 6, 2025. Lumiqour (of course) hit my Credit Card………the minute the order was placed. After 2 weeks, (when I hadn’t received my product) I reached out to their, so called, Customer Service Dept to inquire about the delivery - NO response back. I, then, attempted to reach out to them 8 more times with ZERO response. Lumiqour uses an App called Shop, which shows tracking updates. I am assuming the Bear is Manufactured somewhere in China because they use a delivery service called YunExpress. According to their on-line tracking, my Bear has been stuck in Elk Grove, Illinois since Feb 15. Today is March 1 (2 weeks later) and the product hasn’t budged from there. Don’t fall for this SCAM. If Lumiqour had the decency to respond to just ONE of my inquiries, I would’ve had more patience. But, Lack of response spells SCAM.
