They are scammers They sell you a substance then they rebill. They do not refund your money and nobody needs that much supplement. I also thought I was ordering g toe boxes and they sent and billed me for 4 Scammers!

Worst product, cust service, refund policy, and misleading ads. Please save yourself and DO NOT buy anything from Lumiqour. I wish I would have invested 5 min into looking at reviews before buying the indestructabear. I went on the good faith of the company. The ad kept coming up on IG and it was near X-mas time. I bought 2 because it was a better deal and I have 2 dogs. They only offer partial refund or they can send you a replacement bear. Why would I get a replacement when it was defeated in 3 min by my dog? Plus I have to pay for the shipping back to them. F U Lumiqour. No where is the return/refund policy on the website. TOTAL SCAM

It’s been almost a month and still no order. It only that. This product is made in China. They are notorious for not having quality control when making products. They don’t clean the bowls and other ingredients remain. I won’t be taking a chance with my pups

Distorted in under 5 minutes back in November. I've emailed the company numerous times to get a replacement and have heard nothing back. I read the warranty before I bought it and followed all the stupid steps to be compliant and they still won't refund or ship a new one. What a joke.

Within 10 mins my little Jack Russell pulled it apart. Absolutely ridiculous! False advertising.

Bought 2 and my boxer pups tore them apart in 3 days. Not worth any money.
