Utter Scam -Still waiting for a refund!
If I could give minus 5 stars I would - this product doe not work - I have two dogs a working cocker spaniel and a jack Russell and neither dog has seen any reduction in their lumps or bumps! Apparently a product was delivered to my address which I have never received and I am chasing the refund for the original purchase - as you know they 'promise to refund if lumps are not reduced within 2 weeks!' and a refund for the item that was never delivered - the customer service team are a joke and their emails drip with sarcasm - I imagine the 'fulfilment team' who are the department this has been passed to have given up the will to live with the amount of customers complaint! I will be reporting to trading standards as I am worried about what I have actually given to my dogs! UPDATE - the only additional reaching out I have had was asking me to remove this review to get my money back! And have heard nothing since!

Ordered weeks ago. Still not received. Adverts are false. Very disappointed with them. Sent an email last week and there response was, it's in transit! Avoid at all costs. I should have read reviews before ordering and not gone by the adverts. THE ONLY WAY FORWARD IS A FULL REFUND. THANK YOU

Ordered the Turkey Tail supplement for…
Ordered the Turkey Tail supplement for my senior Great Dane. Somehow they managed to turn it into an “auto refill subscription”. I contacted them immediately to tell them to cancel the auto refill until I determined if the product works or not. They responded 2 days later that the subscription was canceled. They provided me with a tracking number for my order. 10 days later, there is still no update as to the location of my order. I have contacted them repeatedly to check on this. I have not heard back. I have disputed the charges to my bank that I have never received the product nor have they provided valid tracking information. This seems now to be a total scam. —————— Despite their response below, they NEVER contacted me and I never received the product. Thankfully, my bank did their own investigation, never heard from the company and reversed all charges. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID. BEWARE.

ordered the Turkey tail mushroom for my dog, and I've received the offer one, and now I started a subscription. They have taken my money and not sent the order These are scammers and frausters and I have reported them to the bank to pursue my money back . I am disgusted with them as my dog has been taking them and now has run out and left his system They prey on dog owners and scam you You have been sending me the same message for 5 weeks now stay clear of this company they are preying on dog owners with their scams Now 15 days and still not received These people pray on vulnerable dog owners They are a fraudulent company Just another Chinese ripoff company

This company is based in America
This company is based in America, but for some reason this product ships from overseas. After 2 plus weeks it hasn't arrived and I have no clue when or even if it will. They are preying on the concerns of dog owners to run this scam. Avoid. Update: product arrived, but I only received 2 cans not the 3 I ordered. Another reason to avoid; this is a common scam for them. Charge for 3 and only send 2.

Forced Scam Subscription - AVOID
As stated in other posts this is a scam - avoid !! They take your 1st order then automatically send another order and take your money with no subscription opt in. When you ask them to prove this not in they can’t . Currently getting my money back via my credit card as fraudulent activity

I am waiting for the turkey powder since three months now!!! After several mails and replies of Stacy, nothing happens… no delivery, no refund. NEVER order with them!!! Worst experience of all online shopping I did so far.
