Never received $180 order. They claim wrong address. It is a SCAM

Scam. They take payment and do not deliver. Will not answer or respond. Scam!!

After a one off purchase, the company continued to process payments for a subscription that I did not agree to. I have looked in to the site and removed /stopped the subscription that I did not authorise. I have since spoken to my bank with regards to the Lumiquor company re unauthorised subscriptions.

After 3 weeks of being told by their support that the product has shipped, I still do not have the pet vitamins. I was sent an email from their support on my initial query that had a tracking number/link. That link never worked. At this juncture I have filed a complaint with BBB and contacted my bank to dispute the charge.

Lumiquor draw you into false pretences as when purchasing they put you into a prescription when opting out on their website its just ignored and they continue to collect money from your bank account. Very unhappy with the service. Not finding good results either! Be warned!

I made a one-time purchase of the turkey tail mushroom powder. They are now telling me I have a monthly subscription. My debit card got hacked (may or may not be related), so my bank cancelled my card and issued a new one. Lumiquor keeps sending emails telling me I have a monthly subscription and they need new payment information. The link to cancel the subscription I never signed up for doesn’t work. Of course there is no phone number to call. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM.

This Chinese company is a total scam. You can't order the dog supplement without "subscribing" to monthly deliveries, and then you never receive the product. When contacted to cancel the order and receive a refund, they say your address was "undeliverable," which is a joke. They give you the option to cancel the order, but then continue to charge your credit card despite never delivering anything, and promising repeated to cancel the charges!

Totally misleading claims. When questioned about the science they were as good as the worst politicians that avoid answering direct questions. Playing on people's emotions who have ailing animal companions. I could go on, since I'm still trying to get a refund.
