Delivery took over a month. Origin must have been China. I am not giving it to give to my dog. This was a total waste of money.

I purchased this product 27 days ago and still haven’t received the product. Customer support stopped replying to my emails. Also, it says they’re located in WY but the product is actually shipped from China.

I ordered from these guys the beginning of the month and I still haven’t seen any indication of it being shipped and no response from anyone I put in a dispute with my bank. I just hope whoever shops with them has better luck than I.

Avoid at all costs, Evri failed to deliver the parcel (no surprise there) photo proof wasn’t my house but Lumiquor decided it had been delivered and refused a refund of a replacement (asked for that first) product didn’t seem to be working anyway after many months of using it. Their level of customer service is appalling and just ignore you after initially replying. Been forced into trying to claim back via my bank so lets hope they give me my money back. Honestly stay clear so not to be ripped off.

They set up a reoccurring charge on my card. They charged me without sending an email prior. Customer service is no help. They keep telling me to cancel in subscriptions... but I don't have a subscription. Scammers Came back to add: ended up having to cancel through my credit card, taking off the number they associated with my account so it couldn't follow me, and get a new card. I was still getting the same automated message to cancel through subscriptions and then getting the message that I had no subscription through their link. I'm not even sure if this product is legit for my dog. I've given it to her for 6 weeks now, and she still has her lipoma.

Unfortunately, all the negative words written about this company are true. It´s all a SCAM. The lumps never went away- my dogs took it for almost a year. SECONDLY, they were charging me for TWO bottles the entire time and I only ever got one. When I responded and told them this, they ignored me. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Updated below We are still waiting to see how effective this product is. However, if you don't know what to look out for, you are automatically subscribed for recurring purchases, and canceling your subscription is extremely cumbersome. After realizing what trap I had fallen into, I reached out to customer service to request a refund and they refused. I would overall avoid doing business with this company, as they're clearly trying to take advantage of their customers to make a quick money grab, rather than keep customers coming back due to satisfaction with their product. If they're willing to scam you so blatantly, they're probably also willing to dilute their product or even sell you snake oil. Update: Once I posted this review and a matching one on BBB, the company suddenly had a change of heart and issued me a full refund. Take it for what it is.

It has been 2 weeks and my order never arrived. They have yet to give me a delivery date. My dog has cancer, and limited time to live. Then they put me on a subscription, which I did not sign up for. Now, I have to call my credit card company to cancel the charges and block any future charges.
