I still have not received this 8n my mail box.I ordered on April 16,2026. Order #82384. When can I expect this to come?

Still don't have what I ordered it should not take 2 or more weeks to ship something unless it comes from China. Read the reviews too late they're really bad I won't get my hopes up to ever receiving my order

I didn’t receive my order or a refund despite chasing many times for several months.

Ordered their product 21 days ago they're telling me they shipped it 16 days ago email yesterday wanted to know how I like their product that I've never received and if you dig into this company they buy all this garbage from China bunch of goat Ropers from Wyoming pulling a scam!

My entire complaint is with the company, not the product. However, the deceitful nature of the company causes me to believe the product I received may not be exactly what they sold me. Probably just a bag of oregano, if you know what I mean. Once you are on their website they use full page pop ups to fool you into clicking on items you never wanted because they offer it as a free gift. Only later do you find out that everything you clicked on as a free gift is now added to a monthly subscription. Even if you opt out of a subscription during purchase you will still be subscribed. You won't find this out until a month later when you get an email telling you that the products you never subscribed to are on their way. Then you can try to cancel but they will tell you that since you didn't cancel the subscription you never knew you had you will still get billed for the product. And just wait until you try to unsubscribe! Again with the pop ups that try to get you to click on anything other than the actual "unsubscribe" link. And the 90 day money back guarantee.... someone please let me know if they have ever honored this, because they won't honor it for me. Stay away from this scam company.

Before giving this product to your dog, PLEASE consult your veterinarian. I started this product for my 8 yr old Golden Retriever, a month and a half after using it I had to have him euthanized. He started developing bumps all over his body, two of them broke open and wouldn't heal.

First delivery took ages, I had to chase them up for it. Turkey Tail did not help with my dog's fatty lumps at all. The company are very reluctant to honour their 90 day satisfaction promise. They keep trying to fob you off with partial refunds. Bottom line: The product did not work for my dog. Be very wary before you sign up to this.

I'm experiencing the same delivery and subscription issues. I didn’t realize the subscription was recurring, and after a month of trying to resolve the problem, and never even getting to try the product, I'm out $110 and don't even know if my subscription is properly cancelled. They refuse to issue a refund without the product in hand, even though it was delivered to the wrong address twice. This happened despite the fact that I had already emailed them about canceling the subscription, and their website makes it extremely difficult to find the cancellation option. I really wish I looked at the reviews before I started purchasing.
