Hi Wyn, Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how disappointing it is when an offer like “buy one get one free” feels like it hasn’t been fully fulfilled, especially when you’re trying to ensure consistent treatment for your dog. We’d like to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details so we can check your promotion and make sure the missing item is resolved for you.

Hi Bonny, Thank you for sharing such a detailed update about your Maltese mix. We’re really glad to hear she’s showing more pep, eating better, and generally seeming brighter—that’s especially meaningful given her age and how worried you’ve been about the lump. It also sounds like you did a great job persisting through the initial adjustment period to get her taking it consistently. We understand how concerning a large lipoma can be, especially when surgery isn’t a preferred option. It’s still early in the timeline you mentioned, and we appreciate you continuing to monitor her closely. Many pet owners do focus first on energy and appetite changes before noticing any physical changes in existing lumps. We’re here for you if you want any guidance along the way, and we truly hope you continue to see positive progress over time. Kind regards, Olivia Lumiqour

Hi Molly, Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We’re really happy to hear your boy is more comfortable, especially with improvements in his skin condition, coat quality, and reduced itchiness—that’s wonderful to hear after what sounds like a very stressful year with multiple surgeries. It’s also encouraging that you’re noticing the lumps feeling softer and smaller after the first tub. We completely understand wishing you had taken “before” photos, but what matters most is that you’re seeing positive changes now and that he’s feeling better in himself. We truly appreciate you trusting us with his care, and we hope you continue to see steady improvements over time. If you ever need anything or have questions along the way, we’re here to help. Kind regards, Olivia Lumiqour

Hi Sarah, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re really glad to hear you’ve noticed a positive change in your German Shepherd’s energy, playfulness, and overall demeanor—that’s a meaningful improvement, especially at 10 years old. We also appreciate your update regarding the mass on his hock. Since you’ve mentioned it is not a lipoma, we completely understand your concern, and it’s important to continue monitoring it closely with your veterinarian, especially if there are any changes in size, shape, or comfort level. We’re grateful you’ve given the product a fair try over the past couple of months, and we appreciate you keeping us updated on his progress. Kind regards, Olivia Lumiqour
