I’ve reached out to this company…
I’ve reached out to this company numerous times looking for my order that I’ve been waiting for almost a month now they did respond quickly with the tracking number which has now completely disappeared and is untrack Able this company sends emails every day wanting to know how their product works yet you never get the product so how would you know?

Lack of information
I was not given the correct directions to give the product. After I went on line after going thru 3 jars of the product Ifound out it works after it had been mixed with beef broth. It started to show some results after 3 days. If I had known this they might be almost gone by now.

For our Turkey Tail formula, results typically take on average 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use before noticeable changes may begin to appear. Consistency is very important, as the product needs time to build up in your pet’s system. We also want to make sure your dog is receiving the correct dosage, as this can vary depending on size and weight. Could you please let us know how big your dog is? We’d be happy to double-check that you’re using the correct amount based on our guidelines. Regarding mixing, some pet owners choose to mix the powder with food or broth to make it easier to administer, and that’s absolutely fine as long as the full recommended dose is given daily. I wanted to see if this worked, not so much..
I wanted to see if this worked, first of all it took 3.5 weeks to get to me from when I ordered it, so much for fast shipping. Then after the third time using it, my dog wouldn’t eat his food, so I skipped it the next day and he didn’t want to eat it either until I was able to spoon feed him and he tasted it wasn’t in his food, oh and this dog his whole life eats like he’s not eaten in 2 days!! And thinks anything in your hand is food, so I canceled my subscription after only 5 days and the emails almost every other day asking how the product is from the day I ordered it!!!

I was billed for the product but never…
I was billed for the product but never received it so I can't give you a review. Is there any chance that I will ever receive this product and if not can I at least get my money back.

Product not shipping at all!!
The company is asking me how my dog is, what improvements have you seen? My order hasn't shipped yet. Almost 3 weeks later and the post office is still awaiting details. This is such a joke. I was hoping my dog could get some relief after seeing all your marketing junk. Please tell me when or if I should expect the products I ordered, or cancel them and refund my money.

Placed order 5/9/26
Placed order 5/9/26, never received it. Contacted customer service and was told it was delivered to a parcel locker. No address, and was told to check my mail station. I live in a house with a mailbox. Where is my order? Delivery company is not from USA so I can't really track or read it since it's from China. It is now 5/27/26. They claim it's 2 weeks shipping.... not really! So disappointed. I wanted to try this product for my 9 yr old Staffy and her 11 yr old brother. Now I get to try to fight for a refund.
