A large piece in the set was broken upon arrival. Contacted the company on their website (both email & request form) for replacement. It’s been over two weeks but no response or replacement has been received.

The problem is not with Lumi Bricks. The problem is with the people (FedEX) you use as a carrier. I am contacting you as I haven't found a way to contact them directly. Order # LB106794, the "General Store" left you at a reasonable time, which I believe was the 19th Of Sept. It seems to have been sitting in Kansas City Mo for a week or more. I'd rather not ask for a refund, as this is not your fault. But the fact remains that I paid for something I have been given the impression I will never see. If you can, please tell me who I should contact at FedEx. Until this is resolved, I will buy nothing further from you. Most sincerely, Stan A Ellsworth

I didn't receive the ordered goods. Although DHL notified me that the shipment had been delivered, I didn't receive the package.

Kein Kontakt möglich nachdem die bestellte Ware ausblieb! 4 Produkte wurden in 4 einzelnen Kartons zusammengeklebt und nur mit einer Sendungsnummer verschickt! Leider kamen nur 3 Pakete an! Kein telefonischer Kontakt möglich! WhatsApp Nummer vertröstet einen mit der Email Adresse die sich nicht mehr dazu äußert! 100€ für nichts ausgegeben!

Stay away, cute buildings, but terrible quality control. Right off the bat, opened the 1st package, started the build, two critical pieces are either incorrect or missing. I emailed them 3 weeks ago, I try contacting them, I think it's an AI response, but I was told a date, it came and went, so I contacted them, same thing. This was the second set I purchased, the same thing with the first, it was missing a piece, took over 6 weeks to get the piece. In order to complete it, I used a Lego brick kind of in the same color. I got the brick, but I'm not willing to dismantle it for the one piece. That's the last set I get from them. If you're expecting great customer service, stay away.

I ordered my first Lumibricks kit and was really impressed with packaging and manual and started building right away. On my second layer of bricks, I found a 6x8 grid that was warped and wouldn’t stay down on the bricks below it. One end or the other would stay up. I continued to build until the next day and the whole thing fell apart because of this one warped piece that was in the center of my build. I emailed Lumibricks and asked if there was a way to fix it and if not could I get a replacement piece. I emailed several times because they would reply with they needed the order number and explain what was going on. I’d reply with the info they asked for. They’d reply wanting more info. After about 6 different emails back and forth wanting new info, pictures and repeats of info from previous emails with the promise of “we’ll get this piece sent right away”, which will take up to 12 days to get the part. The emails stopped and I’ve waited 3 days and no more emails from them. Lousy customer service and I won’t be buying from them again.
