I ordered couches over a month ago from an add on tiktok..I still haven't received them..I got an email today saying it was delivered to a neighbor and when track it says it hasn't been delivered...this is the first time..this place is a scam and I wouldn't ordered from them

I didn't receive my package and bad with communication they don't even contact you

I ordered 2 sets of the 20 piece cooking sets (Blue). Order #NYVZ7VJ. No one is responding to my email and the so call phone number is bogus! What’s sad is that I ordered the sets on 4/19/26 from an advertisement on TikTok. I won’t trust ordering online anymore.. When I pull up my order confirmation it shows processing. Any chance of a response?

I don't recommend this place because it's definitely a scam! I ordered a couch a month ago and it's telling me lies! Said they tried to deliver it but nobody was home...big lie because someone is always at home.

It took a whole month and I still havnt received my items I’ve emailed them at least 6 times with no response at all at this point I just have to get my payment back and cancel it all

I ordered a cat tree from them over a month ago. It's now been sitting at the depot for the last 2 weeks. They keep coming up with new excuses. I've offered to go to the depot to pick it up myself but have not gotten any response back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM

Where is my order? I cannot with this company. I received an email right after the order was placed. But nothing since please help me with problem.

Ordered in January...still have not received my order...I'm told it was delivered to a neighbor but they can't tell me where....I'm home 24/7 so I don't understand and I look on the tracker and it says will be delivered today....NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY EMAILS... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
