I have reviewed them before, and I received an email from Trustpilot stating Lumen says I reviewed the wrong company—all lies. I know who I reviewed. Trustpilot asked for proof but did not give me a way to provide it. The email is a "do not reply" email. This is all fine. I am about to go on an all-out war on them. BEtter Business bureau, IC3 for theft, Consumer affairs for theft and fraud and anyone else that I can reach out to. I have ALL the emails, including the ones from Trustpilot.

This company is a scam lumen on tic tock selling carports!

This company has got to be a joke. I should've come here first before ordering. It's been a month now and I have not received my chairs. Contacting my credit card company and reporting them. They never contacted me even after numerous emails. Tracking link switches between working and giving bogus information like attempt made, vehicle broke down or attempted to deliver to a business. Or it just won't load. I'm contacting my credit card company, reporting them and having the charge reversed. UPDATE: The company never delivered my products even though their system says it did. A rep, James, contacted me and believes that my items weren't delivered and offered to escalate the issue to their "resolutions team" or as a lost-package claim. He never got back to me although claiming he would in 4 days time. I have reported the fraud to my credit card company and just waiting for charges to be reversed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.

I would give them 0 stars. But y'all don't have that option.. order something April 15th. It's not close to June 15th. I have asked for tracking # depot to where it is and coming from.asked for which company is delivering it. But that can't or won't answer those questions. Took for ever to get a reply by email. When I did package got delayed due to road closure.lol. then my package got sent back to depot because delivery was wrong..lol. then it was with delivery man and should be at my house yesterday. Guess what?? Hell no. Nothing. Been asking since after the first 3 weeks of putting order in for a refund. Of course nothing no reply. So sent another email. Can't wait to see what their lies will be next. Yes I have gave up on the 37/38 dollars. But I will still taunt them maybe forever.

Same story never received the couch and was charged more. And it keeps saying delivery on the way but always has an excuse why it's not being delivered.cant get ahold of the company .

Same story as everyone else. Ordered product but never received product. Can't get a response from them . If anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit I would definitely be in on it , I just don't know how.

If I could rate it negative I would. I placed in our order March 25th reached out several times for assistance in trying to get an update on first of all win my order would ship and then once it shipped an approximate delivery because the tracking was not helpful. My order show is delivered in that there was a notice on my door and it was delivered to a neighbor. It was not I work from home no one tried to deliver anything and I've reached out to support and have heard nothing in a week and a half. I can't find the very original order confirmation to verify what card was used so I can contact my bank and report it as fraudulent.

I purchased two carports from Lumen and paid with my credit card and as I gave them the credit card info , they started trying to use my card in North Carolina and Louisiana. My credit card company started calling me immediately and they are the ones who told me that they were trying to use my card . Ever since then I have been getting emails that they tried to deliver and no one was home when o was home . Then they said the delivery truck broke down ,then an object was in the road . They are total scammers. My credit card company credited me back what I had spent and put a freeze and sent me a new card
