Nastiest commercials and spokesperson ever!! She's supposedly a doctor? Hope she never examines me.

I have several different fragrances and they all smell horrible! Not sure what is in this product, but I used the solid stick twice now on my arm pits and I break out into a very irritating rash. Very painful rash. Actually had to go by some diaper rash cream to get any relief! 4 sticks right in the trash! Do not waste your money here!

My pkg only included 1 of 3 items that made up the requirement for ordering. After numerous emails, I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. Of course, the credit card company resolved the issue quicky and competently unlike Lume. Don't order anything from this company.

I bought the stick deodorant and the cream. Both products are dangerous. I have burn marks in my armpits from the stick deodorant. I also have burns and open wounds under both breasts. I had to go to my doctor to be medically treated. What an awful experience. I was lured in by the commercials but they are flat out lies, false advertisement.

If zero was an option I would pick it for customer service review 😡. I ordered 3 pack deodorant special $33.00 on 10/25/22. I received an email telling me they could not fulfill my order for 1 of 3 deodorants and they refunded me $11.00. I continued to patiently wait for my other 2 deodorants. A package arrived on 11/16/22 with a product which I didn’t order and no deodorants 😡. They have no telephone to contact customer service only an e-mail. I e-mailed them on 11/17/22 today is 11/29/22 and I haven’t heard back from them and according to their website my 2 deodorants have been delivered 😳. Crappy way to do business!!!!! I don’t have the products I ordered and they have my money. Upset first and last time customer 😡 Silvia. Will consult attorney

Customer service is HORRIBLE! It took three weeks to get my order and then it wasn’t my complete order. I emailed customer service (which is the only way to contact them) and they did NOT respond! The products have a weird smell, even the unscented ones. NOT worth the price.

On October 31, 2022, I thought I would try this deodorant. When I shopped the website, virtually everything was out of stock, which should have been my first clue to run. I found a few items to try and placed an order anyway. On November 2, I received notification that my order had "shipped". Starting November 3, the shipper's website said it was sitting in Springfield, MA. November 10 it was still sitting there, two hours from my house, and had not moved any further. I could have walked there to get it faster than their shipping. On November 10, I sent an email to Lume inquiring about my package because it had sat in the same spot for a week. I received an automated reply, but never received an actual response from anyone. On November 23, my package was still sitting in Springfield. I sent another email to Lume. This time I told them if I did not have the product by November 30, I was going to contact the attorney general in my state because it was starting to feel like fraud. They finally responded to my email, blaming the shipper for "losing" my package. Then they told me they were going to reship my order, but sorry, half of the items are now out of stock. They issued a credit for the now out of stock items and are "shipping" the other items on my order. They have a "policy" that you can't cancel your order so now I wait again. Bottom line - this company has a horrible supply chain and cannot keep items in stock nor can it successfully process/ship orders. (See other reviews for similar problems). They will have had my money for at least a month and I have no product. They should get rid of anyone in their supply chain organization. My 9-year-old nephew could do a better job of keeping them in stock and shipping orders in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and just buy normal deodorant at your local pharmacy or big box store. You will be happier and less frustrated, and save a LOT of money.

I was very excited about trying the products, especially that it is a woman owned business. I ordered a starter pack. Sadly to say, the smell is terrible. Smells like something I would get from a dollar store in 1965. I mean, you could have developed your product to smell a bit better, especially if it is meant to kill bad odors and make you smell pleasant. Well, smell of your "fragrance" is more painful that natural body odor. Can't imagine my significant other enjoying my privates with that smell or smelling this deodorant under my armpits all day. I ordered "Peony rose" and it smells nothing like peonies or roses. Very disappointed. I really wanted to like it. UPDATE: Since Lume does not allow customer reviews on their site ( they only have rave reviews from unknown origin ), I went to Amazon to see how others reacted. Since Amazon is also populated by fake reviews, I always click on the start rating, so it shows what percentage of customers left 1,2,3,4 and 5 stars and I usually read the bad ones. WOW! Endless images of burned and inflamed crotches and armpits! And half of reviews spoke of the repugnant smell as well. Please look for yourself before you buy. There are plenty of nice smelling natural deodorants out there. And they don't burn your armpits or smell like kids vomit.
