False advertising. Doesn’t work any better than any other deodorant. Doesn’t smell that great.

I ordered one of the bundles with high hopes that I would be pleased. For months I had been longing to try them out. So, my order came today. I immediately demanded a refund, after experiencing the unpleasant smells of all 4 products received. Very disappointed. The deodorants need to be deodorized!

I bought the lavender bundle expecting "no under arm odor" highly disappointed only 10 hours later, the odor was stronger than when using other deodorants Not returning the bundle but would not buy it again,

Have never bought or heard of them but they keep sending me spam emails I cannot unsubscribe from. I can only assume they are the kind of company that is buying mailing lists and spamming people. Not a trustworthy way to build a business.

Why do people continue to buy CRAP that's made in China?!? Especially something that people spread ALL OVER THEIR BODY!!! China has ZERO quality control !!! I would bet the ranch that Lume products cost UNDER $3.00 a pop to manufacture!! But the cheapest product I've seen sells for $18.!!! I read that Lime is made by a "family owned business in China" Which IS UTTER BS!!! To open ANY manufacturing business in China. The person that wants their product(s) manufactured in China, MUST. WITHOUT EXCEPTION Take on a Chinese "partner" (50/50) these partners are chosen by the communist party and awarded as a reward for being a VERY LOYAL member of the communist party!!! The person wanting their product(s) to be made in China MUST share ALL "trade secrets" concerning their product(s) with both their "partner" AND the Chinese government. Which easily explains the Chinese "BOOM IN TECHNOLOGY"!!!!! Yet even having to share with a partner, the profits are SO HUGE that NOBODY having their crap made in China care, even a little bit about the complete lack of quality control. Which IS extremely important for products that people rub in ALL OVER THEIR BODY!! After all, EVERYTHING that we rub onto our body IS ABSORBED INTO OUR BODY THROUGH THE SKIN!!! But it's ALL ABOUT PROFIT!!! If 2-5-10 years from now, especially for those who develop a rash, turns into cancer, leukemia or other life threatening disease. They WILL be pretty much screwed!! Because even trying to sue a company that's based in China, IS A LOST CAUSE!!!! A person can't even sue the "inventer"!! She will simply pass the buck to HER Chinese manufacturing company! Saying that they "changed the formula, WITHOUT her knowledge OR consent!!! Lumen is the perfect example of BUYER BEWARE!!

It doesn't last at all the Peony Rose deodorant cream smells terrible it leaves a bad smell on you and the coconut soap not worth buying terrible product

Lume is a SCAM! Placed and paid for order, provided with a bogus UPS tracking number. Numerous emails sent to Lume, all received an automated reply stating they received email and will respond. They never responded to any of the emails. It’s been a month and I’m out $50. UPDATE: After writing a poor review on the Shop App, a full refund for my order was made by Lume.

Terrible customer service!! I ordered Lumē off of their website on November 19th and I have not received my package. I contacted their customer support by email 3 times and no one has replied back to me regarding my order. I am outraged because I paid for products that I never received and customer support has not contacted me back. They do not deserve the 1 star. They should get no stars!!
