Shipping and everything was good, and my friend likes it! But I got the tangerine deodorant stick, and it smells like sunscreen? Pretty strongly. I’m not a fan of the smell so I can’t use it, but I forced myself to a couple times and I think it may be one i need to reapply, I worked on my feet in a hot room for 10 hours and at the end I STANK - I felt so bad for my coworkers…

Lume is effective it is pricey but it stinks like old gym socks. So I give it a 3. Work on the smell and maybe it would be worth it.

I bought it begrudgingly due to the ridiculous price for deodorant, tho I live on a tropical island and need something strong and was hoping this was it. It took weeks to arrive and I was excited to try it, however I think that a female ob/gyn would provide it at a reasonable price and easily accessible, especially for women. How prudish of these reviews of lume's "disgusting ads" when we're droned constantly with advertising for boner pills and male enhancement supplements?!? Our personal odor is what we ALL deal with daily and I prefer & applaud lume's ads about our reality with a light sense of humor, get over it! It does work better than what I've been using, but not more that 16 hours, certainly not 72 as they advertise. Showering too much, as I've aged, drys my skin out too much, so it's not a matter of hygiene, it's a combination of living environment and genetics. I'd use it if it weren't for the ridiculous exorbitant price, are you listening lume?...

I'm giving 3 stars ONLY because their deodorant actually works & helps with any sweating issues I've had before, BUT their shipping is terrible! This is the 3rd time I am ordering from them & I won't order any more. The smells aren't bad, but they aren't that pleasant either. When I first became a customer it took about a week and a half/ 2 weeks to receive the order. These last 2 times my package "got lost in the mail" although I had never been sent a shipping confirmation & now I was sent an email saying they are still working on my order....& it's been 2 weeks! Ordering online is so common these days that waiting 3 weeks to a month is just ridiculous. I'll just have to go back to clinical strength from the drugstore. At least I won't run out as often.

I ordered the warm vanilla pack. The deodorant smells great. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks. It works well until you do some serious sweating. We went to the zoo yesterday and about 4 hours in I straight up stunk. It was so embarrassing! What a let down. I’ll continue to use it until it’s gone, but on days I know I’ll be sweating a lot, I’ll go with the other deodorant. The cream smells horrible. They really need to work on that scent. I haven’t tried the bar of soap yet, as I use liquid body soap in the shower and for hand washing, but it does smell good.

I bought the citrus scented deodorant sticks for my underarms, hoping for something lest costly than Biotherm or Aesop, my 2 favorites…and the only two that actually work for me. Nume promises up to 72 hours of odor protection, but in reality it doesn’t last a day. The scent is pleasant, but this deodorant offers no more protection than Native, Tom’s of Maine, or other “all-natural” drug store types that are significantly cheaper.

I subscribed for a few months. I used both the body wash and deodorant. I liked the way it worked. Though some of the scents were less then appealing. Thankfully they don’t last long. I tried cucumber melon. It smelled like dirty lady parts. I know it wouldn’t last long. But I couldn’t get past the smell. I decided to contact them about the scent. They thanked me but basically just barfed back the way their body wash works. Things I already knew about it. The reasons I was using it in the first place. After I read their reply I canceled my subscription. I got a canned response that they give anytime they get a complaint about scent. I wasn’t looking for a refund just offering feedback. I don’t think the person or people that need to hear such feedback is seeing those types of messages. I also say take the clinical claims of the deodorant lasting 72 hours with a grain of salt. It did not for me. I barely made it to 24 without smelling like I haven’t bathed in days. I had no shipping issues or cancellation issues. But the response screams “we know better then you. Try a different scent.” Sorry I’ll take my business elsewhere

The product is decent, smells weird only till it dries, and gets the job done fairly well. It can and does give some people skin irritation/rashes. I see it as no different than most skincare products which risk that anyway.
