Didn't work for me. I still had underarm odor after starting my day of work which wasn't physical in nature. Very disappointing.

Didn't like it at all. It does not last 72 hours, barely lasts 24 and on top of that it makes your natural body odor WORSE! I noticed on me and my family after using for a week or so we all smelled AWFUL! Went back to our reg product and have no issues.

The deodorant worked well but destroyed All my scrub tops with white permanent under arm stains. I never had a problem like this before. Very expensive also. I will not order again.

I bought a starter kit to try and decide what scents i best liked and which products worked best. Smells are very nice, but the deodorant does not hold up for more the 3-4 hours for me and it supposed to last 72 hours. for the cost i will stay with my doterra natural deodorant. I do like the body wash and all over lotion worked good under breast.

Used wipes and deodorant during post surgical recovery when I was unable shower daily. The odor protection lasted no longer than 12 hrs at best. I have used clinical strength secret with greater long acting success

Got the starter kit. The lavender sage body wash and the wipes have been okay and I am using those. The stick (tangerine) and cream (soft powder) deodorants were used a few times, but I cannot get past the smell. I tried multiple times to use it to make sure I wasn't just imagining the smell and to allow time to adjust, but it's just too unpleasant. I thought maybe how it smells in the tube might change once applied and working with my body, but it did not. I like the idea of it for long workouts and hikes, but it just doesn't work for me.

I usually look at Trustpilot before purchasing products but I didn't with Lume. Mistake number one. Here's my honest review. When reading reviews for natural deodorants, people have to realize not all natural deodorants will work for everyone. Each person is different so you sort of have to take some of it with a grain of salt. If someone is new to the natural deodorant game, sometimes it can take two weeks for a detox period for your body to adjust and during that time, not a lot of deodorants may work. For reference, I'm somewhat active, usually on the treadmill and doing yoga. I do have sensitive skin but have no issues with things like baking soda. I live in Florida, but despite that, I'm not a heavy "sweater." I do occasionally get BO when working outside in the yard or on the pool. For the products: I purchased the cream deodorant stick in lavender and the all over body cream in peony rose. I use almost all non toxic products and am used to the different smells most "clean" products offer. Usually essential oil style smells. Unfortunately BOTH products did not have a pleasant smell, at all. I love lavender so don't know how you could mess this one up. But especially the peony rose. It reminded me of elderly women's perfume. Given the price I spent though, I powered through. I will say the cream deodorant stick lasted a long time in terms of months. It took close to a year before needing to order again. But this was with once a day application on average. The deodorant itself would last most of the day, wearing off by evening, sometimes sooner if I was sweating more. This is typical of a lot of natural deodorants though. I'm giving two stars for the texture, as it didn't turn wet like Native does and it did seem to help with odor when I was proactive and used it BEFORE sweating. I've tried a few different brands and this being the best texture and odor wise so far, I decided to re-order, with different scents this time. The biggest issue I have with Lume is with their customer service. It takes 3-5 days to fill a simple order of three sticks of deodorant. Then 5-7 business days to be delivered (unless you fork out a ton of money for shipping). Okay, well if you plan ahead that's fine. The shipping process they use is UPS picks it up, and then UPS delivers it to USPS, which delivers it to you. Unfortunately with this shipping system, UPS and USPS cannot do anything if your package is lost, which mine did get lost. You have to reach out to Lume so they can file a claim. Lume does not have a customer service number. Only email or text. And only M-F from 9-5. By the time I got a hold of them, which they wouldn't respond via text right away, even during normal business hours, they confirmed my package was lost. They put in a new order for me but refused to rush it. So I would have waited another 12 days just to get deodorant again, with no guarantee it wouldn't be lost. I needed deodorant sooner after waiting the initial three weeks! I asked them to cancel my order if they can't rush a new one. My opinion? The product isn't worth the price, the headache and the wait times. There's too many natural deodorant companies on the market that are much more accessible and affordable.
