I developed a rash from using this deodorant. Took a long time to heal during which time I couldn't use any product. Before I ordered I asked for a sample but they said they don't give out samples.

I’ve never had an allergic reaction to anything until Lume. I got a horrible rash under my boobs after following the directions to a T. Oozing blisters and a hot red rash under both boobs is what happened to me. After a week of non use, it wasn’t healing, so I sought medical help. I feel like I was duped by clever marketing and I am usually pretty good about seeing through BS. Expensive lesson learned. PS…. It’s been over 3 weeks and the rash is finally subsiding with medication. Never again!

My wife ordered two sticks on a lark and decided not to use them. Rather than letting them go to waste, I decided to use them. Long story short, it’s effective if you use it two or three times a day. Less than that, I’m stinking, which I never, ever do using Mitchum. I can’t imagine it works any better on lady parts which is downright scary. It’s hype and snake oil with somewhat clever advertising.

Terrible! Zero stars. Threw 3 stick deodorants in garbage. I tried all 3 to be fair and the smell was unbearable. I even suffered a rash from them.

I hate to do this. I really do. I’ve tried all other avenues to no avail. Buyer Beware: DO NOT ORDER LUME PRODUCTS FROM LUME!!!! My package has been sitting at the Mechanicsburg delivery hub since Jan 14. I have contacted Lume because this PO doesn’t answer the phone and is notorious for losing packages. Lume customer service is terrible in that, all they keep doing is sending me my tracking number or telling my my package is it for delivery when the tracking page clearly shows it is not out for delivery, but still sitting in the delivery hub. They are not responding to my issue or helping me at all. They also can take up to one week to respond by giving me my tracking number again! There is no phone number to talk to a live body. Meanwhile, I’ll have to wait 45 days to file a complaint with USPS. 45 days that Lume has my money and I have no product! If you want to buy Lume, order it from Amazon where you can get help if you need it. I’ve tired to write a review on their website, but can’t find where to write one, otherwise I would’ve posted this there. The product itself is good but this hassle and frustration in not being heard or my concerns adequately addressed overshadows the good points of the product. I tried the Clean Tangerine solid stick and the Toasted Coconut shower wash in my first order. My second order is the one not being delivered.

The TV ads seem white trashy and have you smelled the product. It absolutely stinks. Yes, the deodorant itself stinks!

Lume is the worse deodorant I ever used! In all my 70 years I have never experienced BO. In fact, some months I do not even use deodorant. Lume actually gave me BO! When I reached out it was too l late to get a refund. I did get an email back telling me to use more and they had two more products I could purchase to go along with the deodorant. Unhappy customer! I tell everyone about it and show them the email I received.
