I purchased Lume deodorant from my local Target store after all the hype I read and heard about the product. I purchased one citrus and one coconut as the jasmine rose scent was terrible, I thought, and those are the only sense available at my local target store. The coconut one was great….on day 1. On day 2, I put it on and within 5 minutes it smelled absolutely terrible. I washed it off my skin, wiped the deodorant stick off and tried it again. NOPE!!! Same thing. I washed it off my skin again and opted for my husbands old spice deodorant. The next day I thought I’d try the citrus. Worked GREAT for about 5 days. Lasted all day while I was at work, I’m a nurse so I’m on my feet, moving all day. I hate feeling sweaty, smelling sweaty or feeling like I smell sweaty. On day 6….SAME issue as the coconut scent. Put it on and it smelled terrible!!!!! Im giving up on lume deodorant. I now noticed that any of my scrubs that I wore while using the deodorant now smell. The armpit area of 5 of my scrub tops smell like a dirty, musty bathroom towel. As soon as I put one of those 5 tops on, that’s all I smell. I am going to try washing them with vinegar in my laundry to see if that helps. I’m hopi g it does because I don’t want to have to replace 5 of my scrub tops, but I definitely do not want to wear them if they smell like that either. It is only the armpit area of the tops that smell, and the only thing that I changed was my deodorant. Unfortunately, you do not have me as a customer. My deodorant search will continue

I tried lavender lume years ago. It didn't smell great and when I put it on I smelled worse. My friend politely informed me I smelled like poop with a hint of lavender. I've never had anyone remark on my smell before that, even after a 3 day backpacking trip in July. I have been bombarded with lume ads lately and apparently the formula changed and they have new scents. I love rose, so bought it on Amazon. It smelled awful when I opened it. I read that it smells better after application. It did not. I'm 16 hours in and it gets worse and greasier every hour. The other formula wasn't greasy. This is. My chest and nether regions are greasy like I slathered on stinky baby oil. I understand it works for a lot of people. But it doesn't work with my body chemistry. The company won't admit it that it doesn't work for everyone or that it smells awful when you open it. They try and scam people into buying more products to remove biofilm from laundry and blame the smell on that.

I hesitate to give it one star but it requires a star to review. I tried this twice. First vanilla which smelled worse than BO, then the tangerine. Used it daily for 2 weeks then broke out in an underarm rash that is still active. I commented about the rash on their website but they deleted it. I hate getting ripped off but I will go back to one of the regulars I've used for decades.

I bought the tangerine, the one in the tube, the lotion and it's my first time using it and it doesn't work. My pits stink!!

I used the Tangerine Lume under my breasts and it worked very well. I wanted to try the Lavender scent and almost immediately developed a burning red rash that has yet to heal. I stopped using the Lume and tried Gold Bond medicated powder which helped slightly but the inflamed rash is persisting. And it's been nearly a month since I tried the Lavender scented Lume then stopped using the brand altogether. I wish I'd never fallen for the hype and am left suffering with this miserable rash.

I recently saw Lume at my local Target and decided to give it a shot, what a waste of money. I got the solid stick which is also cream/lotion type. It feels really sticky and takes forever to dry. The worst part is it didn't work at all. Secret clinical works way better for me. I'm going back to my combo of Certain Dri antiperspirant at night and Secret for the day.

Would not buy again ordered the 6 tube set they are very small if lucky 2 time use Consumer service is not there I never got a receipt for my order asked 4 times no replies at all my wife called again nothing I again will not buy $5.99 for a 0.5oz is way too high and not worth it They had cream Deodorant for years so nothing special about this item and probably get it cheaper else where So would not recommend this over price no customer service place to anyone we just lost $40.00 for nothing

Purchased the deodorant stick and the lotion. Neither have done what the company claims it will do. Not any better than deodorants from the drug store. Save your money. This is overpriced mediocre deodorant It DOES NOT last 72 hours. I sweat through it almost immediately.
