All of Lume’s “5-star reviews must be fake!! This deodorant made me have HORRIBLE body odor!!! I tried it for months thinking it would improve. No, it only ruined my shirts so now the small won’t wash out.

I purchased 2 sets of lume, the starter kit and then body deoderant for a toal of about $70.00 more or less. I used lume for 3 days under arms and under breasts. Then I developed a serious rash under both breasts which took 5 months to clear up and during that time I tried 4 different prescription steroid creams, gold bond powder, apple cider vinegar, soap and water, lidocaine, and other remedies. The worst persistent rash I have ever had. Very itchy, very painful, smelly, weepy, and and tore my skin. The rash is finally cleared up and I am so greatful. I would never use this product again nor would I recommend it to anyone. It should get less than a 1 star. I complained to the company and received a partial refund.

After a few months of use, I have developed painful rashes on both of my armpits. And the deodorant no longer controls odor at all.

Lume contains FOUR kinds of ALCOHOL, will SCALD your bottom with regular use. At the first, I thought it was wonderful, till I had a bad reaction and read the small print ingredients.

This deodorant is supposed to work up to 72 hours. It doesn't last more than a day for me. I won't buy again.

First, I would say that it definitely works as a deodorant but it took a week or two before it really worked under my arms. Unfortunately my body does not like it and I developed a terrible rash on my arm pits and in the tailbone area both areas have required prescription medication to heal (I'm still in the healing process). After reading other reviews I see that I am not the only one that has gotten a severe rash. I will also note that the scents are particularly off putting, especially the tangerine for me but I did find the cucumber tolerable.

I purchased the starter kit. The WORST fragrances Lavender and Tangerine... absolutely medicinal and sickening scents. The scented wipes in Cucumber were terrible not only fragrance wise....but started falling apart when used. My score...NEGATIVE BUPKIS

Got the starter package in non scented products. THEY STINK! I cannot get past the odor.
