CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE FORWARNED... that Lume can cause SERIOUS SKIN RASHES when used elsewhere than under the arms. Whole body use is a scam. Following Lume's instructions for whole body use caused me to break out in a debilitating rash throughout my entire groin area. Overnight, my skin below the waist became horrifically swollen, hot, irritated, blistered, and weeping fluid. I have never had a rash of any kind in my life. But this left me in agony for 3 weeks until it cleared up by stopping use of Lume. I was incapacitated because of the pain. It felt like molten lava being poured on my groin. I missed work which cost me thousands. Lume customer service treated me harshly and skeptically and insisted I send pictures. So, I sent pictures of my inflamed nether regions, and they quickly refunded my orders. They have done nothing for the loss of a week's wages due to being incapacitated by pain.

I’d give the Lume tv commercial a zero if I could! That woman is disgusting sticking her private parts in the camera and her foot! Take this commercial off the air!!!!!!!

I never got to try products because they never were delivered. I tried to contact them and never was able to speak with a person. I called credit card and they took it off but following month they put it back on card. Did the leg work with post office who gave a letter that it was never delivered here. Called Lume once again and finally got a oerson but he said case was closed and he couldn’t talk to me. 😳 Si sent copy of letter to credit card and got final credit. Whole ordeal took over 4 months. Terrible customer service

I used the stick and the tube and within a week broke out under my left boob in a terrible rash. I took pictures. This rash makes a yeast infection in my private part more desirable. I tried everything to get rid of it. Finally used cornstarch and it's healing. Within days it's clearing up but itchy still. I just got this product mid July. Throw that crap on the garbage. Im disappointed that a female doctor made this, she must have lost her license.... I am so happy I didn't get a rash anywhere else because I would cry. Made me self doubt my self until I read these reviews and don't feel alone. Welcome to the under boob rash club. Are we gonna be on the commercial that says if you used Lume in 2022-2023 you may be entitled to part of a lawsuit???

I used the cream under my scrotum on the days that I work out extra-long. I developed a nasty rash. I thought it was from the act of working out but most of the people I know who have tried it, tell me the same thing, they developed severe skin irritation. I've had "jock itch" before but this rash was 10 times worse and took a long time to cure. I won't use it again and if I were you, I seriously reconsider using this product.

They (Lume) have one of the most disgusting & tasteless commercials on tv....just low morals & disgusting. I do not want to hear about "under boob", "thigh folds", "butt crack" etc....GET SOME DECENCY...How many children ( and moral adults for that matter ) have been exposed to this appalling, tasteless advertising????

I was not impressed the product from the beginning. Less impressed when my arm pit became extremely irritated from daily use of the lume deodorant. I have been told to stop using this product under my arm pits from my medical provider. I have never had any issue with being sensitive to any deodorant.

The comments about Lume burning your skin are 100% accurate. I used it for a little while and all of a sudden my armpits started burning when I applied it. I mean it felt like my armpits were on fire. I stopped shaving for a few weeks because I thought it was the result of putting it on after shaving, but even weeks without shaving my armpits feel like they are on fire after putting it on.
