I ordered this Lume deodorant to try it to see if it worked under my large breasts and under skin falls on my stomach. When I received it I realized it was only a deodorant and not an anti-perspirant. I only used it once under my arms and breasts. It smelled really bad. And the longer I left it on my skin the worst it got. I had taken a shower and washed everywhere first so I was squeaky clean before using the product. It’s much too expensive and it doesn’t work. It smells like plastic baby dolls. You can do better. Especially if you need an anti-perspirant.

I waited a long time to try this stuff and I'm sorry that I ordered it. I ordered one of those starter boxes. You choose 3 products and you get the wipes. I chose full stick deodorant, mini tube of body wash and a "mini tube" of cream deodorant. I also accepted the offer to pay $4 for a mystery gift. The mini tube of cream deodorant is more like a sample size, about half the size of the mini body wash. The mystery gift said it would be a retired scent or retired item, etc. Mine was just another tiny sample of the same cream in the same scent that I chose for my purchase. So I got 2 of those. There was no pretty peach box. No tissue paper. Items were tossed into a plastic mailer bag, with no protection at all. There was literally zero thought put into that starter kit. The stick deodorant worked well for approximately 24 hrs and my armpits were soaking wet the entire time. Wipes are okay. The body wash didn't lather very well and once my shower was over the peony rose scent was gone completely. With that, I regret making this purchase.

I purchased Lume recently. When I first used the product; as shown on the commercial , no problem. I emailed the company complimenting their product. Earlier in the week I applied Lume cream deodorant for sensitive skin again, I broke out in an excruciating bright red rash under my chest and around the armpits. The rash seem to spread. I emailed Lume's customer support which sent a generic apology with a tip sheet for what to do if you develop a rash in armpits. The email stated to see my own medical provider if the rash progresses. This is deeply troubling to me given they did not take any responsibility for the product they put out nor appeared to have any individual reactions .When you get your hair dyed they will often test a small amount of dye by placing a by the mastoid under your hair. When producing products for skin and claiming it can be used all over the body; one would assume that the owner or certified doctors would call the customer ( I left my phone number and requested a call) would inquire regarding the rash. Are there ulcerated sores? On a scale of 1 to 10 how painful is it? Are you comfortable sending a photo of the reaction? Instead I received an email from the the director of customer support with another generic apology and refund of product. There absolutely no question as to how I was feeling regarding the reaction. In addition, due to the proximity of the rash I was unable to wear a bra or sleeveless shirts.We have a short summer season in the midwest, and the rash impeded my ability to go out and enjoy it.Coming from a family of health care professionals your patient/ customer comes first especially if it yields adversarial results.

I seriously wish you would stop putting these creepy ass women on this stupid commercial. They seriously creep me out, they are disgusting. I have to change the channel literally every time this commercial comes on it makes me sick. 🤢

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I never recieved my order and there is NO customer service number so you can't even speak to an actual human. BUYER BEWARE!!! If a company doesn't provide a customer service number, run like the wind and avoid them like the plague. This is a horrible company and they should be put out of business

Has anyone started a lawsuit? I would like to join. This is the letter that I sent to Lume (and for which I received no answer): I purchased your Lume deodorant (Coconut) and was using it without any issues. Then, last month when we had very hot weather, I noticed a large red mark in my armpit, which was light in the center. I immediately thought of a deer-tick bite (the bullseye) but within the next day or two, another one appeared in my other armpit. Within the red, there were several itchy little lumps, almost as if they were filled with a liquid. I wondered about the extreme heat but also worried about this new deodorant that I was using. So I stopped using your product and eventually both marks disappeared and I had no further issues using my old deodorant (Dove baby powder). Yesterday (temperatures were only in the 70s) I decided to try the Lume again. By the evening, my armpit was itchy and I could feel one of those lumps that I had last time—so I looked in the mirror and it was red again. This time I had my husband take a picture of it. It is starting on the second arm again as well. Has anyone had similar issues with your product? I am concerned about the reaction that I am getting, and especially those little lumps. What information can you give me? I’ve been using deodorant from the time I was a teenager until now, in my 70s, and never experienced any issue with any of it. The issue has to be your product. I placed an order with lumedeodorant.com in March 2023 & paid immediately with PayPal. Never received my items & Lume failed to help me resolve issue. I contacted them several times but they just said I would receive items according to the order in which my order was received by them. Still no items in June so PayPal refunded my money. Thank goodness for PayPal! Will never order from Lume again & do not recommend. Poor communication & they obviously do not care about customer.

Was not impressed at all. Waste of my money. Smell is not good and does not last up to 72 hours. Was very disappointed
