auto sent me lume i did not want. I e-mailed (no phone number to talk live provided by lume) customer service prior to them sending me the product but they would not answer e-mails. After received what i did not want or order they ignored all e-mails for return label. Only responded when I sent the UNORDERED AND UNOPENED package back and they would not pay for the return shipping. Not helpful customer service, products are extremely expensive and ineffective. The cream smells like tuna and old rancid olive oil. None of the different scents i bought were distinguishable... they all smell the same. BAD I won't tell you what my teenager said it smelled like.......... They claim to have a guarantee but the only thing that is guaranteed is the 24 to 72 hour deodorant doesn't work........ swampy pits. They want you to pay to return things even with their " guarantee" avoid also not earth friendly packaging...just saying

I purchased the tangerine deodorant stick, the lavender cream deodorant, and the tangerine lotion. There is nothing to say except I feel foolish for believing all the hype! I just can’t believe I got suckered into buying this garbage. The advertisements are ALL LIES! ALL THEY SAY ABOUT THESE PRODUCTS IS FALSE ADVERTISING! This product DOES NOT PREVENT ODOR! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH PRODUCT! ANY of the brand name deodorants bought in the store that cost 1/4 the price of Lume, work 4 times better then Lume! Oh, and one more thing! ALL Lume products have this statement on them: This product contains AHA which may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. That’s right folks! Limit sun exposure during use and for A WHOLE WEEK AFTER! Of course this isn’t disclosed anywhere on their website or in their advertising, you only find it out AFTER you buy the products and IF you happen to read everything like I do! They should be sued!

Lune is a horrible product. I am so upset with myself for ordering from a tv advertisement. What a waste of money. It smells horrible. Disgusting actually. Please don’t waste your money.

I'm really put off at all the reviews that attack the creator's mental health. That said, Lume isn't effective whatsoever. I'm postmenopausal and struggle with stinky pits, so I was really hoping this would work. The claim that it stops odor for 72 hours is laughable. It doesn't keep me odor free for 8 hours. I even tried using the body wash & the lotion. I wouldn't recommend trying it.

Did anybody else get a horrible itching sensation after using this product I threw mine away.

Can’t stand the commercials and the Dr. Who developed it looks nasty so who would want her stuff? Her hair is always greasy and she just looks nasty!

I really tried to give Lume a chance. Solid stick, wipes, wash, tubes - scented, unscented. I take showers twice daily, but Lume not only made me sweat more, but the BO was absolutely horrible, whether I was wearing the purest cotton, or silk. Back to my Degree Ultraclear Black + White Pure Rain. What's worse is the irritation and burning it had given me underarms!
