I was a faithful user until they changed the product…I noticed it right away that there was a change…I wrote to lume and they said nothing changed…i never had body order with using this product until my last two orders…and I always used the bar soap and that changed also it was the best bar soap…after a shower I have an odor…the soap smells like the soap in the school bathrooms 1970’s anyway I think customer service is bad also

Your commercials are gross. I really do not want to see armpits and think about sticky butts and feets while relaxing with a glass of wine. Please stop doing such graphic commercials.

I only tried Lume again because they advertised they changed the formula so it did not smell gross. I like the smell of the stick deodorant now & find it effective. The cream they sent is obviously the old formula. 4 emails to inquire and no response. Last one included the CEO. Horrid customer service!!

It's gross! My boyfriend says it stinks and tastes gross. I never had an odor issue and now I do. Seek professional help if you have odor!

I really wish they had an option for the original formula. The original formula did everything they claim. It worked super well for my whole family. The new formula stinks. Whatever base they're using now does not smell good on me or my kids. I realize everyone has different body chemistry. What doesn't work for us might work for someone else. That's why I think they need the option for the original back. I will not be purchasing any more deodorant from them

I am so mystified how anyone could think this crap smells good. The toasted coconut literally smells like sour cheesecake. This is absolutely awful. I cannot gauge effectiveness because I was gagging so badly with the smell that I had to scrub it off after just two hours of wear. The hype goes both ways, good and bad, and I ignored all the bad (that mostly center on the nasty smell of all of the scents) and wish I hadn't. If you're sensitive to scent, or if you just don't want to smell disgusting, I'd strongly consider passing on this.
