Hi Kerry, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. We recently discovered an issue in our refund and email system that caused delays in communication, and we’re actively fixing it. We’re glad your refund was completed, but we understand this experience was inconvenient and we’re truly sorry. We also want to thank you for sharing your feedback — it genuinely helps us improve our customer service team. We are a small and fairly new business, so there may be times where we fall short, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and improve. If you need anything else, we’re here to help.
