At first, there was a misunderstanding, and the first dress I received wasn’t exactly what I wanted. However, they were very understanding and offered me a great deal to make me a new dress. The second dress came out absolutely beautiful—exactly like the picture I showed them! ❤️ The experience was amazing. They were so helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Whenever there was something I didn’t like, they were willing to fix it right away and make sure I was happy with the final result. I truly appreciate their effort and customer service. The dress turned out perfectly, and I’m so happy with it! Highly recommend! 🤍✨

Unfortunately the dress was nothing like the photo . As you can see photos on the website are very deceiving based on what I purchased. Very disappointed for this was for my wedding and the help received from customer service lacked accountability. Sizes were not accurate. Alterations cost $350 to fix the bust, straps were too long and nothing like the websites pictures, as well as the bust being bigger than what was listed on the size chart. Do not recommend this dress .

This site is fraudulent they have a fake account and PayPal don’t order from this company your going to get scammed I have to report this company to my bank it a waste time you will be disappointed

The dress came out Great ! Good thick Fabric quality . My dress was to small On my butt and I had to have it Tailored but that was on me because I measured myself wrong so I do recommend getting professionally measured ! But overall the quality of the dress is PERFECT ! This is a very great company , they responded quickly every time I emailed them , good customer service !

my dress came exactly on time. I believe it was a day early. The communication between me and the dressmaker was great. The dress came just as the picture and for such a low price it’s nothing more I could really ask for. Overall the great experience and I will be buying another dress.

Buyer beware! Terrible experience. This is a China based company. Takes forever to get the product. The products don’t match the pictures. Then they don’t honor a simple return. There’s this automatic generated email when you request a return. It’s a day or more after each email to get a response. Then they tell you it has to be mailed back to China. Then they offer a partial refund and you keep the item to throw away. What a joke. I’m certain many others have never gotten a full refund. If you dare buy from here you’ve been warned. This isn’t a legit company. It’s from China. That says it all.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and it’s so beautiful and fits perfect. I was worried that it wouldn’t be in on time but after messaging the company I was reassured that it would be delivered before the date. I definitely recommend Luluslly if you’re looking for a formal dress.
