Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Wrong product was shipped and blaming me for the error. Based on your reply why did you invoiced me for a product you claimed I didn’t ordered. And even asking me about my experience using a product I didn’t ordered. I sent you all the screenshots. If you had dealt with the situation in good faith we wouldn’t be here. You didn’t sent what I ordered, and as I said in the email, it’s ok. I’m just notifying you and you started the blame game. Your sub dealer is amazing, she does good business. The only reason I continue to spend my money on your products is because your products are very good. This is about my 3rd or so bad experience shopping directly with you, I’ll just stick to the sub dealer.

We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the soaps shipped matched the scents selected at checkout and listed on your invoice. We shared that invoice during our conversation to explain how your order was fulfilled. Please double check your invoice a second time you will see scents you’ve selected . Our updated website uses a dropdown menu to select soap scents, and we understand the selections may not have been what you intended to purchase. We’re sorry our explanation left you feeling blamed. Our intention was to clarify what happened, and we appreciate your feedback about the ordering process and our communication. We will also like to note that in 2021 you were missing a turmeric lip balm and we are very sorry about that.

We’re sorry your Charcoal & Peppermint Soap didn’t meet your expectations this time. We continue to handmake this soap using the same recipe and ingredients; the formula has not changed. Handmade bars can have slight variations, but we take your concern seriously. Please share more about what felt different so we can better understand your experience.
