Extremely poor service from Lulu Madina Zayed Abu Dhabi. I purchased a washing machine, and while delivery was done on time, the installation was scheduled for the next day. I waited the whole day — no technician came, no call, no message. When I called customer care, they casually told me to wait another day, with no accountability. This is completely unacceptable. I lost an entire day because of their carelessness. Very disappointing from a brand like Lulu.
