My order was cancelled. I emailed Lulu and did not receive a response. I am a loyal customer of this product and am very disappointed. I would like my order to be processed or contacted directly as to why it won't be. Please make this right as soon as possible.

This company has its own website, and also sells on eBay. They have misrepresented the condition of a vintage tin toy ("Wind-Up Motor Space Dog", from the 1950s, made in Japan) . . . in one way that's not all that serious, but in another way, that is. They provide a picture of the box, which is good. (Vintage items are worth a lot more if they come with the original box). The seller also properly discloses that the box has an imperfection. However, they say that it has only "a small tear", but one can clearly see in the picture that it's a rather long tear -- and also, that three of the four corners are frayed. These are important details to collectors. A picture is indeed worth a thousand words, but when words are also provided, those words should be complete and fully accurate. WORSE: On their own site, they describe the item itself as "Mint condition". On eBay, they say that it's "New", and in "perfect working condition". In fact, however, upon further inquiry, I learned that one of the unique and appealing features of that old toy -- sparks when it walks -- doesn't work. Not only do they fail to disclose that, but they should not be describing this item as "Mint condition" or "perfect working condition". One also has to question the characterization of this item, in that condition and with the shabby looking box, as actually being "new".

Sent me incorrect quantity, and reaching out to customer service was impossible. Emails, WhatsApp, phone call did not go through anyone on their end for resolution. Multiple email and chat messages left and still no answer over several days span.

Terrible customer service. When I paced the order I was told it will be 4-7 business days before it is delivered. Get an email the next day saying it was marked delivered but I haven’t received any package. Tried contacting support several times and couldn’t get any resolution. Have tried they’re products in the past and they were great but I will proceed with a charge back on this last purchase.

vibration is too weak, battery goes dead quickly

Do not like it. It is hard rubber with no flex. Going on the trash . One star because its a pretty pink.

Toy stopped working after 3 weeks

I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with both items I purchased. I tried both out and I wish I could return them. Low vibration… I cannot feel a thing… feels like knock offs. I purchased the 7+, 3-4 years ago and it’s more powerful than both and still works today.. I want my money back
