Beautiful chain!! High quality beautiful chain. Photos and description matched item. Arrived on time. My husband loves it. The only unfortunate part was the clasp was too large for the cross my husband wanted to put on it.

Great customer service. They sent me a defective chain at first and when I contacted the company they immediately sent me a return shipping label for an exchange. I then requested pictures of the replacement chain before they sent it and the company immediately sent me photos of the replacement chain once they received the defective chain back. Good customer service. And the defective chain was good quality, no issues with the material or clasp. It was only a machining error on the diamond cut. But I could tell the chain was good quality and seemed sturdy.

Love the chain, and the delivery/ordering process was nice and easy.
