Don't be fooled by the image
Wasn't pleased with the purchase and I was under the assumption that the product would be as the original item shown on the website. Very disappointed

Hi there. We are very transparent about what we sell. Your order was for a 5ml sample decant, which was clearly stated on the product page. We do not sell $300 retail bottles for $30. Our decant service is designed to let customers test out premium fragrances without committing to the full retail price.

Company have no solution
I did not receive my package, even though USPS marked it as delivered. Nothing was received at my address. I also paid for shipping insurance, but the company told me they cannot do anything to help.
I would not recommend using this company if you have delivery issues where you live, because if your package goes missing, they may not assist you.
Update:
The company could have filed the claim with USPS instead of making it my problem. I paid for insurance specifically so I would not be left dealing with this on my own if something went wrong. USPS has a history of marking packages as delivered and even signing for them without actually delivering them. Because of that, I’m very disappointed the seller refused to help resolve the issue. At Lugxery LLC, we take delivery issues very seriously and conducted a full investigation into this shipment. USPS provided official GPS coordinates confirming the driver was at this specific doorstep at the time of delivery. Furthermore, a physical signature was obtained from an individual at the residence to confirm a person-to-person handoff.
Regarding insurance, coverage is designed for items lost in transit; it does not apply to packages that the carrier has verified as successfully delivered and signed for at the correct address. We provided the buyer with the formal path to file a Federal Mail Fraud report with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service to contest the carrier's evidence, but we cannot issue refunds for verified, signed-for deliveries. We stand by our 100% authenticity and our commitment to secure, documented shipping.

Since you don’t ship to Puerto Rico for no reason no more.
Update: Replying to the answer, I purchase from you on November 23, 2025 and you didn’t have any problem shipping, delivered on December 6, you did an amazing job on that order (4) fragrances. Actually have made more than 40 purchases on other stores in the last 3 months since I’m collecting. And yes, I email you about this issue but had no response.

This review is incorrect. We do not ship to Puerto Rico because perfumes are alcohol-based and classified as Hazardous Materials (Class 3 Flammable Liquids). Federal aviation regulations prohibit us from shipping these items via air transport, which is required for standard delivery to your location. This is a safety regulation, not a choice.
If you had contacted our support team prior to leaving this review, we could have explained these federal regulations to you immediately. We are always happy to answer questions, but we cannot change federal law to suit a single order.

We appreciate your business in November. Since that order, we have conducted a strict internal audit of our DOT compliance and shipping zones.
We determined that shipping Class 3 Hazardous Materials (perfume) to Puerto Rico carries too high a risk of non-compliance with FAA regulations, as many packages are inadvertently routed via air by carriers. We are not willing to risk federal fines or safety violations, even if other stores choose to ignore these regulations.
We checked our support logs and do not have a record of a missed email from you; please check your spam folder or verify the address used. We cannot compromise on safety regulations, regardless of past orders.
