Classic scam. Won 600eur, was fully verified, but then for unknown reason they took away all winnings

Beware, these are scammers! They only accept deposits! You won't be able to withdraw your money!

I used a deposit bonus with my deposit of 230 EUR and after wagering it i had a full amount of 867,91 EUR. Tha casino declined my withdrawal and removed all winnings and the deposit amount. I additionally filed a claim at the license holder of L.C.S. Limited. Dont loose your money here!

I am quite puzzled by this situation. It seems that others have also faced the same unfounded accusations of using a VPN. Out of my €2000 balance, €1136 has been frozen based on several false claims, such as alleged VPN use. I have started addressing the matter directly with the casino and i keep this updated 1. Update - Luckytrunk.io still claims to have operated according to the rules approved by the licensor. I am going to file a complaint with the licensor.

Scam casino!!! WARNING!!! i was only playng with my money never usef any bonus. I won 1000 euro and wanted to withdrawl it tok 2 weeks to get verifyed, document after document. When finaly i got fully veryfied than thay tok all my money away!!! Sayng i use VPN and shit. I never use VPN just to be clear. So all my money are gone now. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! STAY AWAY

Did not have problems when I was making deposits and losing money, after attempt to withdrawal got problems. Said I was using VPN and took my earnings, not true. Fast restriction, same mail and lies as multiple sites with that managment. THIEFS

Sobald du eine Auszahlung beantragst, kriegst du eine Email, dass du angeblich die AGB verletzt hast und sie ziehen dir das komplette Guthaben ab.
