Been waiting 2 weeks on my redemptions

I would give less of a Star but they won’t allow me. This company isn’t worth nothing. I’ve deposited money into this place and I’ve played and I’ve won put in red redemption back in early June now here it is 12 July I had to cancel my redemption because it was still pending and I’m getting the same AI same BS lines they’re gonna patch me through to Support that I never get to speak to customer service services garbage for redemption is garbage and the person on the front page that said that is the 5 Star Pl. and he got his money of 580. I know he’s lying he’s probably works for that company because if you look them up and scam detector it’s all BS that place is garbage. You will not get your money. You will sit in pending and you’ll get no support. I’m going to go onto my bank account and see if I can get refunds for being scammed off the scam site.

I wish I could put negative stars. I put a redemption for $400 on June 9th. Same response from customer service which is never a live person. Terrible

I play many online casinos and I've never experienced such bad customer service. You don't get a live person, everything is AI. I submitted a redemption for a $89.00 payout card back on june 15 and I still haven't heard or received anything. I believe it is all fake. I've never had a redemption take longer than 5 days.. EVER..

Horrible casino! I won on this casino back in June. They said that it was a 5-10 business day waiting period, but it's been over 20 days. I will never spend another dollar on this site. DO NOT USE!!!!

SCAM ALERT They're already under scrutiny for falsifying reviews. DO NOT PLAY HERE THEY WONT EVEN DELETE/DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT OR PERSONAL DATA UPON REQUEST AS REQUIRED BY MOST LAW!!! Amber in customer service was incredibly stubborn and unhelpful in requesting. They'll steal your money and personal data and thats it. Awful experience, not legit business nor fair play.

Not paying out a small redemption of $102, not sure why. I guess they don't want repeat customers....I will update if I ever get my redemption but right now it looks like I got scammed

I tried redeeming my winnings and getting the same issues as everyone else! I put one in on 6/18/26 and am STILL waiting for my winnings… I’ve tried “support” and the same bs auto responses, “its still in processing, but I will put a rush on it or flag it for immediate release!” Or “let me connect you with a specialist “ which never happens bc they just go silent.. this is a scam gaming site DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have a lot of experience playing online casinos and this NEVER happens on a legit platform! So do not trust it!
