I'm still undecided I read on several reviews that they were one of the fastest when it comes to redemption but my redemption has been pending for 48hrs and I hàve not heard anything
Response from LuckystakeSep 9, 2025
Thanks for giving us a try! Most prize redemptions are processed quickly, but in some cases additional review is required, which can extend the timeline. We understand how important it is to receive clear updates, and we’d be glad to check on your specific redemption. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your case reference so we can provide you with more details.

I am extremely dissatisfied with LuckyStake. After waiting weeks for promised free spins and dealing with their antagonistic customer service, I requested to close my account. Even after they allegedly closed it, I received emails about offers I couldn't claim due to the account closure. The process of trying to get what was owed to me was unnecessarily complicated and filled with rude interactions. This platform lacks respect for its customers and fails to deliver on its promises. Stay away.

Went through all the verification hoops and when I won they have basically stonewalled redemptions and blocked me from playing any games. Can’t play, and they won’t pay me. I have done nothing wrong and they probably won’t pay you too if you win. Stay away at all costs.

We’re so glad to hear LuckyStake is at the top of your list!

Woke up to 30 plus charge attempts on my credit card. Good thing my bank thought it was suspicious and didn't let it go thru. But I tried once and it just kept trying to take it off. Don't use it. I wanna add the picture for proof of my account it's not letting me on here but then I get crap from the customer service. It's straight up theft if you ask me
Response from LuckystakeSep 9, 2025
We’re really concerned to hear about the issue you’ve described. We want to assure you that our platform does not and cannot repeatedly charge cards without user authorization. What you experienced sounds like either a failed transaction being retried by your card processor or potentially unauthorized activity on your card. We’d like to investigate this further for you. Could you please reach out directly to our support team at [email protected] with the email address connected to your account? That way we can look into your account activity securely and clarify exactly what happened. We take reports like this very seriously and want to make sure your concerns are fully addressed.

This site would not let me get up to $100 for nothing I got up to $80 and nothing after that the minimum redeemable amount is $100 constant glitching while spinning no thanks I will stick with more legitimate sites that's been around for a while ✌️🏾

They are refusing to pay out my redemptions and ignoring my emails. I have tried to resolve the issue over email and live chat. Both will not provide guidance on what is happening
Response from LuckystakeSep 9, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you’ve had with your prize redemption and communication with our team. That’s not the experience we want for participants. Some redemptions can require additional review for verification and compliance, which may cause delays, but we never intend for players to feel ignored. Please send your case reference or account email directly to [email protected] make sure you receive a clear update on your redemption status.

Another casino RIPPOFFS it's one thing if you lose it's another thing when you lose without a chance is what they called it ? I have automatic spin a lot 20 sometimes 10 an I randomly spin 20 losses but I never randomly spin 20 wins but that's all casinos claiming there slots are RANDOM untrue there all programmed an a controlled system this casino doesn't give bonuses or scatter I played 9 different games never received a single bonus or scatter so if your like me and look forward to winning a bonus or scatter don't deposit here unless you are a big depositors small depositors have no chance as the customer service put it btw for the 9 casinos that receive a court subpoenas it's not bad it's just proven that all games are really random meaning if it spins 20 losses in a row cause random spinning slots or random control by system so we no it spins 20 loses in a row I got it on video but I never got 20 automatic wins in a row and so since are games play are RANDOMLY spin y'all just got to show it spins 20 wins in a row because it's random an chance of winning or losing bigger chances of losing tho. I have learned so much about gambling #1 it definitely addictive and that's how they trap customers Im just sick of being told that it RANDOM spin's can't be random unless the system just decides on its on to randomly spin 20 losses in a row BS period I no it's alot but I just have one more? Why do they say the sc are free an customers pay for the gc an receive the sc free as a bonus that's to laughable we deposit $20 get $20 sc an alot of gc free coins how is it that y'all want customers to believe that sc is a bonus after paying for the gc really I been reaking my brain trying to figure out why an the only thing I came up with is to file Taxes an receive a refund for the free sc ill give it to all y'all casinos smooth smooth just like a criminal

We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been enjoyable. All of our games use certified random number generators to ensure that every spin is fair and based on chance. While long streaks of wins or losses can happen, they are part of how randomness works. We understand your concerns and would be happy to review your account activity further. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can provide a more detailed response to your specific situation.
