I had an account and lost access to my phone, email, and phone number. I asked to have this account closed. When i created another account and tried to verify after a win. They closed my bew account and tefused to do anything about it. Telling me that their decision was final! Even though my last avcount should have closed in order to open the new one. Very upset. Seems they arent very reliable when it comes to paying your winnings.

DOES NOT let me redeem my money, it's been over 4 weeks and all my redemption methods are disabled even after verifying again. I will soon have to issue charge backs and inform other communities if I am not paid within the next couple of business days.

I’ve been waiting since Sept 3rd to get paid and still nothing and they want even do a chat they saying all live agents are busy! I’m getting mad! Where is my money!

I will be initiating a charge back and reporting on all social media platforms and reporting to all related FTC about scams if these guys do not pay me my money. It has been 5 business days already I'm coming for you guys.

These guys will happily take your money, but not pay out when you win! I initiated a withdraw on 8/16/2025. They asked for more identification documents which I provided same day on 8/19/2025. Two weeks later they cancelled my redemption, and disabled withdrawals. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for them to pay out my money. Their chat support just says wait for an email but weeks later and multiple times contacting support and they never send anything. I have $5.3k stuck in this website. I have emailed their support email address three separate times now over the past month and have never gotten a single response. I have contacted them through chat support 4+ times and have never gotten the followup email they always promise. This site appears to be a scam.

I successfully uploaded the required documents, including the front and back of my driver's license and a selfie for identity verification. Since then, my account has remained stuck on the "Verifying your account" status. I have reached out to support multiple times via the app as well as submitted an email , but have only received generic responses indicating that the process would be completed within 48 hours. Unfortunately, it is now well beyond that timeframe, and there has been no update or resolution. I don’t understand how this company can take my money and allow me to play however, when it comes to verifying my account, they can’t seem to get it done .

I've been trying to get in contact with them for days now and it just keeps saying they are all busy and try connecting with them again at a later time! I also have enough to Cashout on a gift card and it won't allow me to redeem for some reason. I went thru the verification already so idk what the problem is.
