Report to your State Attorney General ASAP! They need to be shut down!!!!!! This is not a sweepstakes. This is a complete scam. I have a referral that has been trying to redeem their winnings since JULY, YES JULY.... Their account is still stuck and they can't redeem anything. Chat is useless, he was told to email support, and they are just as useless. Support told him to give the some time and they'd email with an update. This was in July, it is now OCTOBER, LITERALLY OCTOBER. Still nothing from them and still can't redeem.

They didn't count the bonus game and it's not even in the history. Of course, this is a complete disappointment. I already reported it to their bot support. On top of that, it's a shady company from Cyprus. Beware. It's a good thing I didn't manage to buy anything there. I'm almost certain this is a scam.

I have savant syndrome and recognize patterns this site let me down as I paid 25 dollars and only won 1 bet put of 200 that's statistically impossible will not be doing it again

These guys and Revenue Universe are running a big scam, so beware. If they will scam you on one thing, I guarantee come time to collect big money and you will have problems. I was supposed to get a bunch of points for a game I play for depositing money into luckystake. I deposited the money and then got ghosted by RevU. Its all a big scam. There are waaaaaay to many sweepstakes casinos out there now to even take a chance with these guys. Don't do it

I want to give more stars because I love the casino and it's games but I made a redemption five days ago and by what they say on receiving the money is 2-5 business days I would be paid but it still has not been approved and it's only for $100 dollars so it's the bare minimum you can cash out. Any casino I have played I always have been paid out by two days the most and I mean it's in my account on that second day with no problems or issues. So in my opinion if you want to not have to wait a long time to be paid I woild play somewhere else. Now if they pay me today like it says it supposed to then I will be back on here to change my stars and my comment but if not I will keep this post up.

I love the games and the selections BUT redemptions which is what matters most to be able to receive in a timely manner is where this site falls short I submitted a redemption 3 days ago and still haven't received it yet I hope it comes soon so I can update my review because with out that issue it would get a perfect 5 stars ill keep you all updated!
