We regret you had this experience with the gift card. We did initial check and the gift card is working as expected. Soon we will have 3 more options for redemptions, stay tuned!

To star off their daily rewards almost never give you any sc. It's mostly only gc. Typical game play. Your first week it goes back and forth and then good luck getting anything. They're vip program doesn't even exist. You can attempt to question about it but they'll gaslight you for days and then just tell you some bullshit. If you play on here, only play a week and then delete them. Edit: I deleted my account long ago

They take to long and ask for a lot just to get a redemption

They have some bad rules and also they take away high paying games like book of 99

I won a little bit and deposited and never had a win again. I feel all these casino games are rigged to give a couple wins and that's it.

If you wanna lose and give all your money away, and never win, definitely go to this place the first time you go there they'll let you win, and then, after that, you will never win anything that I can promise you places as a joke totally not fair at all Doesn't even give you a fighting chance.

The ONLY good thing about this casino is the variety of games that you can just lose on. Over and over again played MANY different slots and MANY different times got the same result of NOTHING!!! I PUT $10 ON THE "SIGN UP DEAL" AND GUESS WHAT?! I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO Chumba or Luckyland where I'm have cashed out almost 9 grand in 4 years on Chumba and 4 grand in 4 years on Luckyland! Spend your doe somewhere else!!!! Don't recommend! Tried multiple online casinos in the past 6 years and I must say this has got to be WORST!!! EVER!!! INCLUDING... THE "DAILY BONUS" IN WHICH I SAY IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO ONLINE CASINOS DUE TO THE FACT OTHERS ARE MUCH MORE Generous. YEAH...NOT COOL LUCKYSTAKE! STEP UP YOUR GAME OR LOSE OUT TO OTHER PLAY SITES CAUSE I DOUBT THAT MOST ONLINE PLAYERS WILL FIND YOU TO BE ANYWHERE LOYAL TO THEIR PLAYERS IN SUCH A CHEAP FASHION!
