This is true with my honesty about lucky Red casino, please don't ever ever play luck red casino,i make deposit $100, some how im lucky i win $11 thousand dollars,i withdraw money from winner,they tell me need to verify my account ,i send them all my documents, they took 2 week to verify, they said your account verify fail,keep give me a thousand reasons to not verify my account, then i tell them i don't want play anymore, I want close my account,i want withdraw all my money, then the cashier close my account, they just give me back only $100 , they take all my money from winner, please please guy ,never Play with this scam casino........

Made it easy to deposit money and made it horrible and damn near impossible to withdraw ended up not getting none of my money. I deposited $50 and before you knew it I had it up to $2,800 and was betting 10 and $20 to spend when I went to withdrawal then made it so hard and never answered I ended up playing and losing the whole 2,800. Not only made it hard to withdraw damn near impossible. Also stop the ability to win anything no bonus hits no big hits like I was getting when was getting to 2800. All the games couldn't win nothing on any of them all the way down to zero this is a bigger ripple than a live casino.

They said I could no longer use any match coupons because I got too lucky. Kinda of a crappy thing to do.

I used my wife credit card. and was accepted by Lucky Red Casino. We deposit 100 and won 50 and went to withdraw $150. It was declined (which I understood until I could provide proof that my wife allowed it). After my wife spoke with the customer service and then sent them appropriate documents that it was her, I spoke to a customer rep who said I would be paid by the end of the week. This would have been two weeks. She got an email saying that they needed proof of her residency and she sent that. Now going on 4 weeks they said the transaction was declined. The only thing I am glad is that it was only $100 learning mistake. Stick with the proven sites of cafe casino.
