Been playing with them for 12 years now. Had my ups and downs with him over the years - With my concerns about RTG software not being realistic sometimes. I believe they've changed management maybe a couple of times. When I lost I usually got a $25, $50 or $75 free chip the next day - That stopped. Also I used to get a higher matching dollar amount for every bet. That slowed to pennies on the dollar. I'm guessing because like any casino when you're winning the comps scale back a little.. 🤷 But one of the casino hosts gave me a free $200 chip about 3 days ago out of the blue. I will say they do offer an evaluation of your monthly play and give you something based on it. But you have to ask for it - And it may restrict the games that you're accustomed to winning at. But they do pay out. Usually within 48 hours, every once in awhile in a day. The only trouble I ever had was using a different card to fund the account. They require a picture of the front and back (covering the 3 digit code) I played back when they used to refund back to your credit card with Pay2Card But that stopped 😌 Now I use crypto which is free. The conversion amount changes my payout to about $25 to $35 less. Still trying to figure out what that's about. I don't know if it's their end or my end. But I end up having to wait for the price of Bitcoin (which is what I choose) to go up in order to match my original winnings 🙄 Well that's my fair enough review without having to go into too much detail.
