Best online gaming experience to date! I came across Lucky Red Casino through a local casino's (Mystic Lake) website. Joining was fast and simple. I very impressed with the graphics of the games and how each game was exciting and fun to play. I made a deposit and got an outstanding welcome bonus. Well not winning much on the free spins, I did win overall. I was able to withdrawal exactly what was expected and to do so all I need to do is the verification. Proof of who I am and residence with a selfie. Also, the customer service they have is definitely top of line service. I used the chat option one night due to an issue at which I thought I had lost a feature because right after I hit all of a sudden it brought me back to the home page. So I chatted with Customer service and they knowledgeable of how the game and website operate as well as very professional as they took the time to go into detail on how the spins work vs the graphics if there were any glitches as well as walked me through the steps to take if another thought problems arise. I was happy to hear I did not lose the feature and it was still waiting for me. My phone is the only issue which the customer service team still had the patience to work through. I was already a satisfied customer once my chat session ended. However, going above and beyond customer service I received a personal email from Jake (one of our hosts), who just wanted to follow up with me to ensure there was no issue or if there were anymore questions he could assist with. I had one of the best experiences playing at this casino. All of the staff where very friendly. They have some of the best bonuses that don't have to many restrictions on what you can win and that actually give you a better chance at winning. Lucky Red is the best casino online that I have played at. I have won money and cashed out a total of $16,600. There is a $5000 cash out limit per week. Once you are verified it is easy to withdrawal money, Every single person who I talked to on the phone or chat was always nice, helpful, polite, and easy to talk to. There are rules like: do not sign up multiple time with different info and claim promotions... that will disqualify you from withdrawing money you might win on a promotion that you already claimed. That is fair. I see lots of people saying negative things but winning on a promotion you falsely claimed sucks because that's what happens. Also if you win a lot of money make sure you don't claim free offers unless you have less than a dollar in your account. Every promotion has rules and you don't want to lose money you won on a promotion already by claiming another promotion. I did that and was lucky that I didn't win anything on a promotion where the cash out limit was only $100. The staff informed me of this rule and explained how it works and I didn't lose any of the $12,000 I had won on a previous bonus. This casino is good and legit. All I can say is if you had a bad experience it's probably because you did something that went against their policy. Just follow the rules and everything will work in you favor. Thank you !
