The customer service people are amazing. They're quick and efficient at their jobs. They seem to remember familiar names of you've been on the site for some time. Gambling is gambling. The Lucky Red Personal Hosts are Phenomenal! They always help with anything I need and with the best attitudes. I can’t say enough how great the team is!! I like the VIP chips.
