Liked the game at first been playing everyday. Game starts glitching changes my bet to 5$ instead of 5 cents before I knew it money was gone. Contacted chat cause this was the second time in 24 hours that this happened. Waited 45 minutes to be sent instructions on how to play LOL SERIOUSLY. So needless to say they didn’t help at all they said after reviewing my history that I only ever bet 5 or 10 cents that the bets counted hundreds of dollars lost and never even hit in 5$ bet amazing. So at this point I just take it as a loss but they will never get a deposit from me again. No real bonus for deposits no customer loyalty program they just want your money.

I prepared multiple mail-in entries for Lucky Hands LLC's sweepstakes. I spent time and money purchasing supplies and stamps. I submitted several of those entries through USPS. Despite following their process, I was informed I would not be able to withdraw any winnings unless I "win again," even after meeting wagering requirements. This was not disclosed in their terms and makes the sweepstakes process unfair and misleading.

STAY AWAY. Been in social gaming since 2019 and this site by far has the worst RTP and worst rewards. Played here for a month and spent a thousand. I budget for 2000 so that isn’t the issue. The issue is they have no VIP or rewards system in place. What you can do however, is after 30 days they will do a “review”. I thought to myself, I spent a thousand- a good site will reward at least 50-100. A disappointment would be between 25-50. But guess what they offered? 5! 5 sc for hours of gameplay and a thousand dollars spent. That is a 1/2 percent kickback! lol Serious note to all gamers- rather you are a big baller or little baller… do not spend a dime at this site. Read the 1 star reviews before you deposit I’m begging you! Just do yourself the favor, here’s a way to make some money. Deposit with them with your FIRST deposit bet BIG and BOLD because chances are your gonna hit a bonus. When you hit, redeem and runaway to never ever return. I won my first go around, pretty nice win 100+ win and just kept playing thinking I’d win again. I bonused twice to empty. Then I decided yesterday to try again 2 weeks later. I lost $300 completely empty, then this morning kept it at .50 on 3 China pots, they’re all overfilled at this point, lost $100 dollars, didn’t bonus once. That’s 200 spins with all 3 overfilling. Surely 1 bonus? I’m pretty sure this is rigged so I will stay away, you take advantage of the system. Play once and cash out! So I listened to the reply below and figured, since it’s a RNG. This site is a scam. I haven't won a dime in MONTHS. I get 30 cent SC daily plus I have previously added my own cash...still nothing smh. I've been playing on this site for 4 months. I redeemed my first time for $200. This site does not pay. They will let you win your first time playing and after that you will just be giving away money. How do I know this?? I sent a referral code to 4 of my relatives and the same thing happened to them. They won soon as they started playing and after they redeemed not one more cent. I had a bonus playing $4 a spin and did not get one dollar. I would not recommend Lucky Hands if you are trying to win a little cash.
