Did a referral and never received the bonus. They lied and claimed I was playing a game when it was revived so I probably didn’t notice lol and even sent them screenshots and proof that I never revived anything and they still argued me down. I’ll say they definitely false advertise and they are a scam being that you only win like your first time playing

This place has literally robbed me for over $25,000. This is the worst fraudulent online gambling casino there is in the USA. Hundred percent rigged there’s no awards program and they will do duplicate charges for one charge. Your Winn may be a few times in the beginning and then they would literally take all of your money like it is nothing. I’m literally suing these guys at the moment horrible thieving evil people.

Today I spent $20 on the bonus spins on sugar rush 1000 and only got $0.33! I was getting plenty of multiplayers before and once I decide to buy the bonus spins I get almost all dead spins out of the 10 spins and only 33 cents. This online casino has no luck which is ironic for the name. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Jessica, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that waiting for resolution on a technical issue can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as our team worked with our gaming partner to make sure everything was handled correctly. I can confirm your coins have been credited. As part of our regular account reviews, we do take note of each player’s experience—whether things have gone your way or not. While the process is in place to ensure everything is fair and accurate, it also helps us keep an eye out for players who might need a little extra support if luck hasn’t been on their side, we’re happy to see you’ve enjoyed some especially rewarding moments recently. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

Hi Brandon, We've reviewed your account and transaction history several times and provided clear evidence that all funds were properly used during your gameplay. The screenshot you shared was unverified, and our records confirm no funds were missing or improperly withheld. While we understand outcomes may be disappointing, we assure you no funds were "stolen." As you have stated you will contact your bank, we will provide them with the same information, we wish you the best.

I've spent hundreds of dollars at this casino. My girlfriend as well. She's never one once. I've one 50$ 1 time. This place is trash. I hate online casinos. I hate gambling actually thanks to online casinos. Lol. This sh×× is so rigged. They prey on innocent people and make a fortune off of them. It's truly disgusting
