Lucky HandsReviews of luckyhands.com

This has to be the absolute worst social casino that I’ve ever played at literally just sinking money into it and not giving me shit back like hate this place. I hope this place can shut down. I give this place minus one star

It’s not bad but if you redeem your minimum $50 and it goes to pending too fast, you can’t cancel to add more. Mine was within 15 min which is great redemption time, but they only let you redeem once 24 hours. I was up 200+ after redeeming the minimum $50, Because who knows if they’re going to let you win again and then when they do ,you can’t redeem it for 24hrs. Not like other sites who will let you redeem multiple amounts at any time. I don’t recommend that part . Otherwise the site is ok so far. Only flaw I can see rn. A Warning on redemption.

Absolute abomination of customer service. Horrible win ratios. What a joke of a site. Don’t spend your money here.

worst platform I've ever played I'm a diamond player I won one time right away 2500$ since then I've spent over 10 grand straight with out winning anything over $200 dollars and that's on top of the $500 in free play the gave me Also don't play this platform they bait and switch you and lie and say it's rng that could be true but that rtp% is so bad wouldn't matter if it was random or not

on April 24th I played on this platform, for 2 hours or more and WoN ALOT of money $244,000 actually. I was then informed there was a glitch in the gaming platform Zoot, a third party, and because of this all game play was void, and they also would be DELETING the gaming history from my account. I'm just not ok with this. my contact to play was through lucky hands and at $60,000 I had a live chat with their representative because I was in shock and wanted to confirm if these were indeed real funds that I could redeem. She congratulated me and said it was, and then explained the verification process. I played several games and won substantial amounts through out my play. I have screenshots of my progression from the beginning to the end where they locked my account. I would NOT SUGGEST this platform as they are not honest and do not follow good business practices- deleting gaming history? BIG RED FLAG of covering up a win they don't want to pay out on... smh. I'm contacting they Attorney General office and whomever else u need to. it's not fair that they can just say oh sorry about that but ... ..

This is one site that no matter how much I play I can not trigger a bonus or win

The worst. Win one time you not winning again better luck on other sites.

I was playing $10 a spin went into bonus. Won $5558.00 and it only paid me $555. Pay table shows denomination payout of $1. not 10 cents. Impossible if your playing a $1 denomination at $10 a spin. They wrote me a message after I complained that I screenshot. You can read it. For free rounds, the amount shown during gameplay can look higher while the animation is running, but the final, payable result is always the system-calculated outcome after odds and mechanics are fully processed. That final calculation is what determines the credited amount, and in this case, it was applied correctly. So basically, the pay table is not right. This is a bunch of crap!! Watch out for this online casino. In the end they win!!
